@Utkesh, nowhere I have written this. Please do not create unwanted confusion. For PSI, one can apply only upto the age of 28 yrs (Open) and 31 yrs (reserved categories).

@Pravin, we all need to wait for few days because MPSC is busy in getting their OAS in place. All exams would be conducted according to a new schedule.

@Prof Nilesh, you need to prepare from textbooks and reference books and then solve question papers, not before that.

@Pravin, why worry about it? Keep your focus on the exam preparation. It will come as soon as MPSC receives requisition about the vacancies, etc. from the department.
I am subedar/personal assistant in the army, my qualification is BA, and will be retiring from service Mar 2015. My age at the time of retirement 49 years. As per your guidance, I have not aplicable PSI Exam due to over age limit. You are requested to suggest me so I can apply any other service like bank, railway CBI. I am waiting for your reply. Thank you

I am serving in the army as subedar and will be retiring from service wef Mar 2015, my age at the time of retirement will be 49 yrs. My qualification BA and I want to prepared the PSI Exam. Please intimate the procedure.

@Sanjay, your age is more than max age limit (even after adding ESM) so you may not be able to apply for PSI/STI/Asst/Rajyaseva.

@नितीन, सर्वात आधी अभ्यासक्रमानुसार जास्तीत जास्त पुस्तकांचे व मासिकांचे, वृत्तपत्रांचे वाचन करावे, स्वताचे नोट्स तयार करावेत, त्यांची रिविजन करावी, सराव परीक्षा द्याव्यात. हे सर्व आजपासूनच करायला हवे.

@नितीन, जर वेळच काढू शकत नाहीस तर मग ह्या परीक्षेची तयारी कशाला करतोस? जर अभ्यास केलाच नाही तर हि परीक्षा पास होये शक्य नाही. बरेच जन काम करूनही अभ्यास करतात आणि सिलेक्ट होतात. इंग्रजी कमीतकमी १० वी लेवल च यायला पाहिजे म्हणजे ग्रामर इत्यादी सोडवता आल पाहिजे.

@पियुष, तुझे दोन्ही डोळे चांगले आहेत असे वाटते आणि ह्या बद्दल एक सिविल सर्जन चे ओपिनियन घे. ज्यांचे डोळे ४०% काम करत नाहीत त्यांना “अंध” उमेदवार समजल्या जाते. ह्यासाठी अजून खूप वेगवेगळे नियम आहेत टक्केवारीनुसार पण तुझे डोळे अगदी चांगले आहेत असे वाटते तरी सुद्धा सिविल सर्जन कडे जा आणि त्यांचा सल्ला घे. राज्यसरकारच्या अधिकृत “मेडिकल बोर्ड” द्वारे डोळ्यांची तपासणी करून मग त्यांचे कडून सर्तीफिकेत मिळवावे लागते.

@Jayant, PSI has more opportunities than Assistant, salary is same for both.
Sir,i m engg. graduate. And sir is it essential to make preparation for mains before prelim for psi/sti/asst.? Pl tell me some books for prelim’s preparatiom.
@Pradip, for every exam, you should always complete your preparation of Mains because you will not get sufficient time after Prelims. Also, you need to read lots of books, prepare Notes, etc.

but as per answer key it is nitish kumar which one is correct.
@Rahul, that book may not have been updated. Here is a fact that MPSC questions are based on latest facts. Rabdi Devi was CM for 3 times but NOW Nitish Kumar is 3 times CM so he is the LATEST (1st Term (3 March 2000 – 10 March 2000), 2nd Term (24 November 2005 – 24 November 2010), 3rd Term (26 November 2010 – Till Now) so Nitish Kumar is the most suitable answer.

@आशिष, आमचा पी.जी.पी. जॉईन करण्यासाठी हीच उत्तम वेळ आहे कारण पुढील परीक्षा ठीक एक वर्षानंतर आहे आणि अभ्यास करायला इतका अवधी लागतोच. पुढील वर्षी पी.एस.आय. परीक्षा राहील किंवा नाही हे सरकारचा निर्णय राहील, ह्यावर आमचा कंट्रोल नाही हे लक्षात ठेवावे.
