AD Exams Academē is an education brand of AD’s VISHWA PRIVATE LIMITED, dedicated to supporting aspirants preparing for the MPSC and UPSC Civil Services examinations.
Our Journey:
The journey of AD Exams began on 16 September 2010, with the launch of its online academic initiative.
The first physical branch was subsequently established at Ojhar, District Nashik, on 17 October 2010, on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra.
Starting an academy from the ground up was not as simple as it may have appeared. What began as an idea gradually took shape through continuous effort, academic experience and a commitment to helping sincere aspirants prepare for competitive examinations.
From 1 January 2016, the Academy’s operations were shifted to Nashik.
Over the years, AD Exams Academē has continued to evolve with the changing needs of civil-services aspirants and the changing nature of examination preparation.
Our Academic Purpose:
Our purpose is to help MPSC and UPSC aspirants prepare in a more structured, focused and systematic manner.
We believe that effective preparation requires more than simply collecting study material. An aspirant needs:
– Knowledge — relevant and structured learning resources.
– Planning — a clear and practical study approach.
– Practice — regular examination-oriented practice.
– Assessment — objective understanding of strengths, weaknesses and progress.
– Guidance — direction throughout the preparation journey.
From Classroom Learning to Digital Preparation:
Since 2010, the way aspirants learn and prepare for competitive examinations has changed substantially.
AD Exams Academē is therefore evolving from its traditional academic foundation towards a technology-enabled and assessment-driven learning ecosystem.
This evolution is complemented by Analytor, the scientific assessment platform developed within the AD’s VISHWA ecosystem.
Analytor is designed to enable aspirants to practise, undertake assessments, analyse their performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
Together, the academic foundation of AD Exams Academē and the technology-enabled assessment capabilities of Analytor represent the next stage of our approach to MPSC and UPSC preparation.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to empower MPSC and UPSC aspirants with the knowledge, structured preparation, practice and assessment required to pursue their civil-services goals.
We aim to make serious examination preparation increasingly accessible, systematic and measurable, using both academic expertise and appropriate technology.
Our Present Identity:
Today, AD Exams Academē operates as an education brand under AD’S VISHWA PRIVATE LIMITED, the parent company behind a growing ecosystem of education, assessment and technology initiatives.
The Academy carries forward its academic journey that began in 2010, while embracing a new generation of digital and technology-enabled preparation.
From 2010 to the future:
What began as an academic initiative has evolved into a broader vision:
Helping sincere aspirants prepare better, practise systematically, assess their progress and move closer to their civil-services goals.

Good Morning Sir,
Sir i am going to appear for STI exam this 26th, but my mathematics section from the syllabus is not yet done also some other sections are partially touched. So should i appear for the exam or not because i am not known with the number of attempts allotted for a SC candidate.
Kindly guide me for the number of attempts and all.
Thanking you,
Pratibha
@Pratibha, no limit attempts for MPSC. You should be the final person to take the decision about whether to take up the exam this year or not. If not prepared well then no point at making an attempt, right? If you are not doing a job then devote 15 hours everyday for next 18 days and complete the pending subjects/topics and try 2012 exam. 🙂
Good Afternoon Sir,
Thank You for your precious guidance.Sir i wanted to know the age limit for SC is it 35 or 38 ?
Kindly let me know the same.
Pratibha
@Pratibha, for Rajyaseva/STI/Asst it is 38 yrs and for PSI 31yrs.
Good Morning Sir,
I went through all your blogs & thank you sir, for the great guidance u provide through it.Sir i have one question still unanswered , Sir a individual is expected to have some skills to excell in his particular profession, like an s/w engineer needs to have analytical & logical mind, an interior desiner needs to have creative kind of mind. So sir which skills are needed for an candidate to aspire for Deputy Collector, and is this so that if the candidate lacks them , can he by practice or by any other means DEVELOPE THAT SKILLS EVENTUALLY .
Or is it so that a candidate is trained to acquire those skills when he is put into his Probation period after getting selected for the post.
Eagerly waiting for your reply…
Thanks & Regards,
Pratibha
@Pratibha, as you can see, MPSC has changed the exam pattern. This is done to level the advantages/disadvantages of earlier pattern. Now, every aspirant gets equal opportunity. Nothing is inclined towards anybody. DC post needs administrative as well as analytical skills and much more. This is being done through the training as well as On Job Training during probation period.
Respected Sir,
This is Pratibha. Sir i am a MCA qualified candidate currently working as Asst. Professor in pune.
