Sir, I have completed my engineering. I’m little bit confused about to study weather in English or Marathi for UPSC.as I had Marathi medium up to 10th.I feels that Marathi will be better but not confident about references available.I want you suggestion on what to choose?
@Mayur, in this case, you should take this year’s question papers of GS, Essay and Optional subject and try to solve them in Marathi language. If you are able to write answers very comfortably then go for Marathi else try the other option and then you will realise what medium to choose for UPSC Mains.

@Varsha, yes, you can read books in Marathi and prepare for UPSC. Question papers of Prelims and Mains are set in Hindi and English. With regard to Mains, you can write your answers in Marathi.

@विशाल, दिवसातून साधारण 4-5 तास दररोज (एक वर्षभर) अभ्यास करावा. अभ्यासक्रमांनुसार जास्तीत जास्त पुस्तके वाचावीत. स्वत:चे नोट्स काढायला विसरू नये. खाली दहा सक्सेस मंत्र दिलेत ते वाचावेत.
सर मि 12 वी पास आहे पण मि माझ करियर निवडलेल नाही आणि मला निवडता पण येत नाही काय करू समजत नाही आणि अता 12 पास होऊन 3 वर्ष झालेत तरी पन मला समजेना

Currently I am working with software company but I am looking forward to join civil services. Can you please suggest me that apart from UPSC and MPSC, what kind of examination I should write to get into central or state government?
Also, can yon please tell me the syllabus or subject names for UPSC and MPSC exams. I am looking forward to write this exams in Marathi language because I am very much comfortable in my mother tongue to write the answers for mains.
At last, I request you to please give me your opinion for choosing the Optional subject from my education or which one will be easy to understand and write.

@Abhilash, plz explore this blog’s menus to get the information you have asked. Everything is available here. No need to choose a subject for MPSC. For UPSC, you may choose History or Geography or Political Science or public administration. I do not monitor any other exams than MPSC, UPSC.
@Abhilash, you have to understand that I monitor only MPSC/UPSC exams so can guide you for these exams. You must refer the specific menus on this blog to know more about these exams. You should consider taking up History/Geography/Psychology/Public Admin/Political Science and International Relations as one of your optional for UPSC Mains.

@Avinash, it depends on which subject you understand better in English or Marathi. You can choose a combination of both languages for your preparation. Have a look at the syllabus and carefully select your medium.

@पृथ्वी, एक लक्षात घ्या. आमच्या पिजीपी चे सर्व candidates घरी बसूनच अभ्यास करतात, आमच्या गायडंस खाली. तर काळजी करू नका. तुम्ही एखाद्या जंगलात जरी बसून अभ्यास केला तरी तो होतो, फक्त तुमच्याजवळ अभ्यासाची सर्व साधने असावी लागतात.
