@Umesh, yes, you can write answers in English for Mathematics and other papers in Marathi. Your Interview will also be in Marathi.

I have completed MCA and presently I am working with MNC. I am preparing for MPSC however, I am confused for second optional subject.
I am preparing for first optional computer science and I am considering the second optional is Management.
Can u tell me is it feasible to choose above two optinal subject.
Is ther any study material is availble for management and CS subject in markect like old questions paper, notes.
One more think I want to know that do u have any idea who cleared the Mains with aboce two or any one of the subject.
@Pravin, only 0.9% candidates (i.e. 3 candidates) chose Management and 0.3% (i.e. 1) candidate chose CS in Main exam 2010. I suggest you to check your study material with the syllabus of MPSC and then decide. As far as I am concerned, I suggest you to choose these subjects only and only if you can get enough study material.

@Snehal, please check your email for the list of books for PA. You must contact any bookstore near you for Computer Science. I don’t think so there are any specific books for MPSC for this subject. I suggest you to consider Hist/Geo/Sociology as your 2nd optional subject.

@Snehal, the forms will be available online in Dec 2010 on MPSC website. You should start with English and Marathi in Dec 2010, GS I & II in Jan 2011, Feb-to-April Prelims, Mid-May to Mid-Sep go for optional subjects.

@Priya, Prelims 2011 will be in the month of May and Mains 2011 will be in Oct/Nov or Nov/Dec. Yes, you have to first clear Prelims and then appear in Mains. You have to choose 2 optional subjects for Mains and both subjects you named in the message are excellent but you should have interest and enough study material for the same.
