जीवनात सोपं असं काही नसते. काही मिळवायचे असेल तर त्यासाठी बरीच मेहनत घ्यावी लागते.
MPSC राज्यसेवा परीक्षा सुद्धा म्हणावी तशी सोपी नाहीये. तर मग ह्या परीक्षेत सफल व्हायला काय करावं लागणार आहे?
सर्वात प्रथम तुमच धेय्य निश्चित करा, ते पूर्ण करण्यासाठी लागणारी मेहनत कोणत्या स्वरुपाची असायला पाहिजे हे मी सांगेन, ठीक आहे तर मग?
- सर्वात आधी हे नक्की करा की तुम्ही जो अभ्यास करत आहे तेच तुम्हाला व्हायचं आहे का?
- स्वप्न पाहण खूप सोपं आहे पण ते सिद्ध/पूर्ण करण्यासाठी खूप मेहनत व हिम्मत लागते आणि हे खूप कठीण काम आहे. दुसरे म्हणतात म्हणून MPSC च स्वप्न पाहण चुकीच आहे, तुमचं स्वतःचा तो निर्णय असावा लागतो.कारण त्यासाठी लागणारी मेहनत तुम्हालाच करावी लागणार असते. तुम्ही स्वतःच निर्णय घ्या, तुमची लायकी काय आहे हे तुमच्याशिवाय कोण जाणू शकतं?
- तुम्ही स्वत बघा की अश्या परीक्षेसाठी लागणारी मेहनत तुमच्या अंगी आहे का? तुमच्याजवळ तो सेल्फ-कोन्फिडेंस म्हणजेच आत्मविश्वास आहे का? सतत लागणारी दृढ इच्छाशक्ती आहे का?
- जर वरीलपैकी काही नसेल तर मग असा व्यक्ती असफल्तेन व्याकूळ होतो आणि मग निराशेच्या अंधारात बुडून जातो.
- पण जर तुमचा निर्णय तुमच्या मेहनती, आत्मविश्वासानं, दृढ इच्छाशक्तीन घेतलेला आहे अत्र मग निश्चिंत पुढे जा.
- सुयोग्य स्टडी मटेरियल निवडा आणि अभ्यासाला लागा. तुमची एनर्जी इकडे तिकडे वाया ना घालवता अभ्यासात घाला.
राज्यसेवा परीक्षेचा अभ्यास व्यापक/विस्तीर्ण (Wide Extensive ) व मोजकाच (Selective Intensive) असावा. पूर्व परीक्षेसाठी विस्तीर्ण स्वरूपाचा करावा व मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी सिलेक्तीव स्वरूपाचा करावा.

- राज्यसेवा पूर्व आणि मुख्य परीक्षेच्या अभ्यासक्रमानुसार सर्व विषयांचा अभ्यास तर पूर्ण करावाच परंतु त्याव्यतिरिक्त चालू घडामोडींवर जास्त लक्ष केंद्रित करा. चालू घडामोडी कधीपासून बघाव्यात? पूर्व परीक्षेच्या एक वर्ष आधीपासून ! उदाहरणार्थ, २०१७ ची परीक्षा फेब्रुवारी किंवा एप्रिल मध्ये असू शकेल म्हणून मग १ जानेवारी २०१६ पासूनच्या सर्व घडामोडी वाचून समजून घ्या आणि त्यावर नोट्स तयार करा.
- परीक्षेत चालू घडामोडींवर कसे प्रश्न येतात ते २०१६ ची ही प्रश्नपत्रिका बघितल्यावर समजेल: Click HERE
- चालू घडामोडींसाठी कशी तयारी केली पाहिजे त्यासाठी ही लिंक वाचा: चालू घडामोडी – काय वाचायला पाहिजे?
- राज्यसेवा पूर्व आणि मुख्य परीक्षेच्या अभ्यासक्रमानुसार सर्व विषयांचा अभ्यास तर पूर्ण करण्यासाठी कमीतकमी एक वर्ष (पूर्व परीक्षेच्या आधी) लागेल हे लक्षात ठेवूनच आपलं धेय्य ठरवायचं. त्यानुसारच आपलं प्लानिंग करावं.
- येणारी राज्यसेवा परीक्षा द्यायची असेल तर मग आजपासूनच एक क्षणाचाही विलंब न लावता सुरुवात करा.
- दररोज कमीत कमी 10-12 तास अभ्यासाला द्या. मागील सात महिन्यांत काय घडले आहे त्याबद्दल सर्व माहिती शोधून काढा. कोणत्या मुद्द्यांवर प्रश्न येवू शकतात ह्याची लिस्ट बनवा. त्यावर माहिती गोळा करा. नोट्स बनवा.
- पूर्व परीक्षेचा अभ्यासक्रम बघून ६वी ते १२वी ची पुस्तके वाचून काढा. NCERTच्या पुस्तकांचे मराठी अनुवाद निघाले असून ते सुद्धा वाचून काढा.
- त्यानंतर प्रत्येक विषयावर advanced पुस्तके वाचून त्यांचे सुद्धा नोट्स काढा.
- हे सर्व करत असतांना, रिविजन करत रहा आणि मग सराव परीक्षा द्या (घरी बसून प्रश्न पत्रिका सोडवून पहा) आणि तेही वेळेच्या बंधनात राहूनच (ह्यालाच सराव परीक्षा म्हणता येईल ना !).

@Rajkumar, you need to build your Marathi vocabulary by read MPSC books, newspapers/magazines and try to understand the words with the help of Marathi-To-English dictionary.

@Ganesh, even if you are from reserved category, you do not have enough time left for PSI. This year’s advertisement hasn’t come yet and even if it comes in Nov/Dec, you may or may not get your last chance at the exam.

@Nikhil, first thing you should do is to refer the MPSC syllabus, collect maximum study material, go for in-depth study, prepare your own notes, revise and attempt lots of mock tests. Start at least 450 days before the Prelims. 🙂

@Radhika, it is 33 yrs for Open and 38 yrs for reserved categories. You should go for it and also for MPSC State Services (Rajyaseva).
sir i had given mpsc state service mains in2008 ,selected for psi in 2008,two times appeared for sti/assi, but unfortunately iam unsuccessful, my age is 36, still there is strong desire to became an officer ,now i am teacher, is it possible for me to achieve success and in what way–vaishali kor
@Vaishali, you didn’t mention your category. If it is reserved category then you can give it a try with proper planning and preparation.
