मित्रांनो Read This In English
सध्या मार्केट मध्ये पुष्कळशी पुस्तके आहेत MPSC राज्यसेवा/PSI /STI /ASST ह्या सर्व परीक्षेसाठी आणि सर्व पुस्तके, विषयांच्या अभ्यासासाठी आहेत. जनरल नौलेज साठी आहेत. पण एकतरी असं पुस्तक आहे का की ते तुम्हाला अभ्यास कसा करायचा, कोणती पुस्तके घ्यावेत, प्रत्येक विषयाला किती वेळ द्यावा जेणेकरून तुम्ही उपलब्ध असलेल्या वेळेत सर्व अभ्यासक्रम व्यवस्थितपणे पूर्ण करावा हे शिकवते?
अशी पुस्तकं अभ्यास काय काय करायचा हे शिकवतात पण कसा करायचा हे कोण शिकवेल? कोचिंग क्लासेसमध्ये हे शिकवतात पण मग सर्वांजवळ पैसे कुठे आहेत कोचिंग क्लास करायला, आहेत का तुम्हीच सांगा? मग अशांनी काय करायचं? काय करावं? पैसे नसतात ह्यासाठी म्हणून बरेचसे गुणवान मुलं/मुली मागेच राहून जातात. पण त्यांना हे कोणी सांगते का की कमी पैश्यात सुद्धा उत्तमोत्तम अभ्यास कसा करावा आणि कशी ही परीक्षा पास करता येईल?
एकतर MPSC परीक्षा द्यायची खूप इच्छा असते पण त्यासाठी काय करावं आणि फॉर्म कुठून आणायचा किती फी लागेल? कलेक्टर व्हावं, इन्स्पेक्टर व्हावं, पोलीस अधीक्षक व्हावं, पोलीस उपाधीक्षक व्हावं, तहसीलदार व्हावं असं सर्वांनाच वाटते पण त्यासाठी कोणत्या पद्धतीने अभ्यास केला तर आपण सिलेक्ट होवू हे कोण सांगेल?
खूप पैसे खर्च करून पप्पानी पुस्तकं आणून दिलेत पण बंटीला, पप्पूला, पिंकीला, छकुलीला हेच माहित नाही की इतक्या पुस्तकांचं कराव तरी काय! हे वाचू की ते वाचू? शेजारचा बाब्या MPSC देतोय म्हणून माझ्या पोरांनी/पोरींनी सुद्धा द्यावी असं प्रत्येक आई-वडिलांना वाटते पण मग ते ह्याला विचार त्याला विचार असं करून पुस्तकं विकत घेतात, नको असलेले पुस्तक सुद्धा आणतात आणि उगीच पैसे वाया घालवतात.
काहीना असं वाटते की चलो यार आता पुस्तकं तर घेतलेत, आपण परीक्षा नक्कीच पास होवू पण कसं होणार? काय फक्त पुस्तकं विकत घेतले म्हणजे आपोआप परीक्षा सुद्धा पास होणार? परीक्षेत पास व्हायला मेहनत लागते आणि ती सुद्धा योग्य पद्धतीनं अभ्यास केला तरच. पण योग्य पद्धत काय आहे हे कोण सांगणार?
काही जण एक पुस्तक घेवून बसतात तर ते सोडतच नाहीत आणि मग ऐन परीक्षा जवळ आली आणि वेळ कमी असला की मग हे वाचू की ते वाचू असा गोंधळ उडतो आणि थोडं थोडं करून सर्वच पुस्तकं वाचून काढल्याचा आनंद गगनात मावेनासा होतो पण जेव्हा परीक्षेचा रिझल्ट येतो तेव्हा लिस्ट मध्ये नाव न बघून हा विचार करून स्वतःला धीर देतात की यार मैने तो बहोत पढाई की थी मगर लगता है की MPSC वालोने घोटाला या गडबड किया है. पण त्यांना हे कोण सांगेल की बाबा तू जर व्यवस्थितपणे अभ्यासाचं प्लानिंग केलं असतं तर बरं झालं नसतं का? जर प्रत्येक दिवसाच प्लानिंग केलं तर रोज आपण काय आणि किती अभ्यास केला पाहिजे हे समजेल. दर आठवड्याला किती टोपिक्स कवर करायचेत हे नक्की होईल जर एका आठवड्याचा स्टडी प्लान करून अभ्यास केला तर. एका महिन्यात कोणता विषय पूर्ण झालाच पाहिजे हे जर अगोदरच ठरवलं तर अभ्यास करणं किती सोपं होईल हे कोण सांगणार ह्या भोड्या भाबड्यांना? एका वर्षात आपण सर्व विषयांचा अभ्यास केव्हा आणि कसा पूर्ण करू हे योग्य रीतीने स्टडी प्लान बनवला तरच शक्य आहे, होय की नाही तुम्हीच विचार करून सांगा! मग ह्यांना असे स्टडी प्लान बनवता येतील का? कोण बनवून देणार आहे?
MPSC मुख्य परीक्षा कशी असते हे जवळपास ५०% लोकांनाच माहित असते पण त्यापैकी सुद्धा असे असतात की त्यांना फक्त हे माहित असते की ही परीक्षा खूप कठीण आहे आणि त्यात बरेच विषय असतात. त्यापेक्षा आपण ही परीक्षा न दिलेलीच बरी असं म्हणून ते प्रयत्न न करताच हिम्मत सोडतात आणि दुसर काही शोधतात पण त्यांना हे समजत नाही की आपल्यात ही परीक्षा पास व्हायची योग्यता आहे पण ते जंगलात वाघ असतो हे माहित असल्यामुळेच जंगलात न घुसताच बाहेरूनच पळून जातात. अरे यार एकदा आत घुसून बघा तरी की वाघ आहे की नाही? आणि आहे तर तो कसा आहे? यार मर्द हो, एकबार देखो तो सही अंदर जाकर! मुलींनो तुम्ही पण MPSC परीक्षेच्या जंगलात जावून बघा कारण तुम्ही सुद्धा झाशीच्या राणी आहात! प्रयत्न केला तरच तो सफल होवू शकतो जर प्रयत्नच केला नाही तर सफल व्हायचा प्रश्नच कुठे येतो? येतो का? मग आता जंगलात जायचं ठरवलं तर मग आतमध्ये कसं जावं आणि काय काय हथियार सोबत न्यावं हे कोण सांगणार? दुसऱ्या शब्दात हेच की MPSC परीक्षा द्यायचं ठरवलं पण मग कोण कोणती पुस्तकं घ्यावी आणि त्याचा योग्य वापर कसा करावा हे कोण सांगेल?
इंटरव्ह्यू कसा असतो, त्याची तयारी कशी करायची, काय वाचावं आणि काय वाचू नये? इंटरव्ह्यू साठी कसे कपडे घालावेत, टाय घालू की नाही, शूज घालू तर कोणते घालू? इंटरव्ह्यू रुममद्ध्ये एन्ट्री कशी करू आणि कोणास अगोदर नमस्कार करू, बाईला की माणसांना? करू तर काय करू? कोणत्या प्रश्नाला कसं उत्तरं द्यावं? त्यांना राग आला तर काय करू? माझा उत्तरं तर बरोबर आहे आणि त्यांनी तर चूक आहे असं म्हटलं, आता मी काय करू, त्यांच्या उत्तराला ऐग्री करू की स्वताचीच हाकलू? काय करू आता मी तर फसलोच इथे!!! व्यवस्थित पणे इंटरव्ह्यू देवून जास्तीत जास्त गुण घेवून MPSC च्या परीक्षेत मेरीट लिस्ट मध्ये कसं माझं नाव येईल हे मला कोण सांगेल?
असे बरेचसे प्रश्न आहेत आणि हे जर मी लिहित बसलो तर कदाचित सकाळचे ११ वाजतील आणि आता सकाळचे साडे-तीन वाजलेत आणि मी उल्लू की तऱ्ह, हमेशा की तऱ्ह आप लोगो के लिये अपना रात का तेल जला रहा हुं!
मला हे सर्व प्रश्न पडले होते म्हणून मी ठरवलं की आपण फक्त ब्लॉग वर लिहूनच चालणार नाही म्हणून मी “MPSC यशाचं मंत्र” (MPSC Success Mantra Manual) हे पुस्तकं लिहून काढत आहे. जेणे करून वरील सर्व आणि बऱ्याचश्या दुसऱ्या प्रश्नांची उत्तरं तुम्हाला सापडतील आणि बरेचसे जण ही परीक्षा उत्तमोत्तम पद्धतीने उत्तीर्ण होतील.

@Amar, no specific subject is needed for becoming Police Officer through MPSC PSI or Rajyaseva exam but you can be benefited with Public Admin and Political Science subjects.

@Ravindra, almost everyone wishes to improve their present job situations for various reasons. I am writing study plans and other methods of studies, etc in my book. Listing them out here will take lots of time and space so kindly wait for few weeks and you will have it in your hands. My honest suggestion for all those who work and study for competitive exams is to take serious approach and start your preparation early. I have come across many who did not start early even after I gave them study plans; reason: they were working. If you cannot take out some time for preparation then why do you people apply for competitive exams in the first place?
