Latest announcement from MPSC read as STI/PSI/ASST will have Common screening test for preliminary. They further explained that there will be option available regarding it. But didnt see the same while applying for STI. Is it from year 2018 or what?

@Anand, Jai Bhim dear. You should refer the exam syllabus (Pre and Mains) and then collect 30-40 books in total. Subscribe to 3-4 newspapers, 4-5 magazines. Study in-depth and prepare your own Notes. Attempt lots of mock tests.

@दिलीप, सखोल तयारी करावी आणि त्यासाठी दररोज चार ते पाच वर्तमानपत्रे, दर महिन्याला चार ते पाच मासिके, जवळपास पन्नास ते साठ पुस्तकांचा सखोल अभ्यास करून स्वत:चे नोट्स बनवायचे. हे सर्व पूर्ण करण्यासाठी साधारण 450 दिवस लागतील.

@Rohit, you have ample time for the exam preparation. With the next 2-3 years time, you can prepare yourself for MPSC PSI, MPSC Rajyaseva (DySP/ACP) and UPSC Civil Services exam (IPS).

@Rupal, no, not for this exam. You can refer the exam notification and have a look at the different criteria about the age limits for existing advocates/attorneys, new LLBs and other employees.

@Nishha, you have just one attempt left for each of these exams in 2017 – MPSC Rajyaseva, STI and Asst Section Officer. You can also try for MPSC Tax Assistant exam. If any advertisement is released by MPSC in 2016, you can also try for it.

@Divya, you need to plan your preparation over next 450 days for the 2018 MPSC State Services (Rajyaseva) exam. Read extensively from the 60-70 books, 5 monthly magazines, 4-5 daily newspapers and DO NOT forget to prepare your own Notes based on this study material.
