@Mangesh, you can choose Marathi Lit even if you have not graduated in that literature. You can write the Essay, GS and Optional subject’s 2 papers in Marathi.

@Mukesh, if your chest is 84 then update it in your profile. If it is possible for you, cancel the application and reapply and repay the exam fees. This should be done ONLY if you are preparing for DySP/ACP post.

@Santosh, UPDATE-19 Apr 2014 – MPSC has once again removed this type of age relaxation for PSI Prelim 2014. You can refer the notification for 2013 (it was there in PSI/STI and Asst exam 2013)

@जनार्धन, २०२० मध्ये तुमचे वय ३६ असेल आणि तुमची सेनेतील सर्विस १७ वर्षे झालेली असेल. ही १७ वर्षे तुमच्या वयातून म्हणजे ३६ मधून कमी करण्यात येईल म्हणजे तुमचे ते येणारे वय १९ असेल आणि त्यात ३ वर्षे जोडतील म्हणजे तुम्ही २२ वर्षांचे असाल हे गृहीत धरल्या जाईल. पी.एस.आय. साठी जास्तीत जास्त २८ वय पाहिजे म्हणजे तुम्ही ६ वेळा परीक्षा देवू शकाल (२०२० पासून). समजले? तुम्हाला जर १५ वर्ष सर्विस झाल्यावर निवृत्ती मिळाली तर तुम्ही Ex-Serviceman म्हणून वरील रुल्प्रमाणेच परीक्षा देवू शकाल. सर मी २७ वर्षांचा असून राज्यसेवा व लोकसेवा परीक्षांसाठी प्रयत्न करीत आहे. माझ्या खालील शंकांचे निरसन करण्यास आपणास विनंती आहे :
१) कोचिंग क्लास लावणे कितपत उपयुक्त आहे , कारण कोचिंग क्लास्सेस किमान ५०००० फी घेतात, घरी पुस्तके आणून अभ्यास होऊ शकतो का?.
२) जॉब सांभाळून परीक्षा देणे शक्य आहे का?
@Omkar, १) ह्या परीक्षेन्बद्दल काहीच माहित नसेल तर मग मार्गदर्शनाची गरज पडेलच परंतु काहीच जरुरी नाही कि क्लास लावलाच पाहिजे. २) हो, नौकरी सांभाळून परीक्षा देता येईल. आमचा पिजीपी त्याप्रकारेच तयार केला आहे कि नौकरी करून ह्या परीक्शेंसाठी स्टडी मटेरियल देवून योग्य मार्गदर्शन घरापर्यंत पोचावे. ह्यासाठी “Courses” मेनुखालील सर्व माहिती वाचून घ्यावी.

@Ankit, from Mains 2013, UPSC has combined question paper + answer sheet so you will have to write the answer just below that question and NO separate/additional answer sheet will be provided.

@Sandesh, you can appear for STI till you complete 38 yrs and PSI till 31 yrs of age.
