Hi Friends, here are the details of this year’s PSI Prelims exam:

Date of exam: 26th Jun 2011

Last date of exam: 6th Jun 2011

Application: Online (between 16th May to 6th Jun 2011)

Total vacancies: 1212

Age: As on 1st Sep 2011:- Min 19 yrs, Max 28 yrs. (Backward classes 31 yrs, Sportsmen/sportswomen – 33 yrs).

Exam Fee: Rs. 260/- Open category, Rs. 135/- for Backward Classes

PGP for MPSC PSI Pre & Main exam 2011

A) PSI Prelims: Duration 45 days

Fee: Rs. 7775/-. (Must be paid at the time of Registration.)

Once you join our 45 days PGP, we will fill-up your application and we will email you the Hall Ticket at appropriate time.

B) PSI Prelims + Mains: Duration 1 year

Fee: Rs. 27120/-. (Rs. 10, 620/- + Rs. 300 Registration Fee) must be paid at the time of Registration. Remaining Fee can be paid in 3 equal monthly installments of Rs. 5500/-.

Hi Friends, lots of people are querying via phone calls about the fees for various PGPs like Rajyaseva, PSI, STI. They do not take care to read the relevant information on appropriate pages. To avoid such confusion, I am posting the Fee details here:

MPSC Rajyaseva (State Services) Pre & Main exam 2012

MPSC Main Exam 2011 – Crash Course

MPSC has declared the schedule of MPSC State Services (Rajyaseva) Exam 2011. It will be conducted in 2 sessions, i.e. from 6th to 10th Jun 2011 and 14th to 22nd Jun 2011.

Now, you have just 38 days to complete entire syllabus of 8 papers (English, Marathi, GS-I GS-II, Optional-I Paper I & II, Optional-II Paper I &II).

Remember to do the following:

– if you are working, take leave for next 40 days (if you want to clear the exam).

– plan each day’s study according to the syllabus

– collect about 40 to 50 books minimum for all the 8 papers

– distribute your time for each paper

– start reading and making very short Notes

– at regular interval, solve old question papers.

मित्रांनो, तुमच्यापैकी बरेच जण २०११ च्या राज्यसेवा पूर्व परीक्षेत असफल झाले असतील, होय ना? काय कारण असू शकेल वारंवार असफल होण्या मागे? जरा विचार तरी केला का?
सर्वात आधी काय कारणे असू शकतात ते पडताळून बघा आणि मग २०१२ च्या परीक्षेचा विचार करा.

बरेच जण म्हणतील की, आता त्या सर्व चुका विसरून जायला पाहिजे आणि २०१२ च्या राज्यसेवा परीक्षेवर लक्ष केंद्रित केलं पाहिजे; का उगीच साप गेल्यावर काडया आपटत बसायचं, ह? नाही मित्रा, हे असं करून चालणार नाही, बर का? त्या चुका दुरुस्त करायला पाहिजे नाही तर परत २०१२ मध्ये त्याच चुका केल्यात तर असफलतेचं  तोंड पहावे लागेल, बरोबर न?

पहिल्यांदा, दुसऱ्यांदा, तिसऱ्यांदा किंवा अनेकवेळा सफलता मिळाली नाही तर काय आभाळ कोसळलं का? एक न एक दिवस सफलता मिळेलच हे मात्र नक्की! हा ठाम विश्वास अंगी बाळगा.

बघा, सर्वात आधी हे लक्षात ठेवा की तुम्ही लहान खेड्यातले किंवा मोठ्या शहरातले असू द्या, तुम्हाला मेहनत तर करावीच लागेल, जर एम.पी.एस.सी. राज्यसेवा परीक्षेत सफल व्हायचं असेल तर. तुम्ही तुमचं जग निर्माण करू शकता, फक्त तुमच्या ज्ञानाने आणि कठोर परिश्रमाने!
एक गोष्ट लक्षात ठेवा… न डगमगणारी  जिद्द, न तुटणारा निश्चय, समर्पण, कठीण परिश्रम आणि निरंतर अभ्यास हेच फक्त तुम्हाला सफलता मिळवून देवू शकते.

तुमच्या डोक्यातून हा विचार काढून टाका की तुम्ही कुठले आहात… हेच लक्षात ठेवा की तुम्हाला जायचे कुठे आहे, काय मिळवायचं आहे!

चला तर आता २०१२ च्या राज्यसेवा परीक्षेचं प्लानिंग करू या.
तुमच्या हातात आता फक्त ९ महिने उरलेत:- मे २०११ ते जानेवारी २०१२, कारण फेब्रुवारी महिन्यात पूर्व परीक्षा असेल आणि तुम्हाला त्या पूर्वीच “मुख्य” व “पूर्व” ह्या दोन्ही परीक्षेंची तयारी करावी लागेल. बघा आमचा दृष्टीकोन दुसर्यांपेक्षा थोडा वेगळा आहे. आम्ही सर्वात आधी “मुख्य” परीक्षेची तयारी करून घेतो आणि मग “पूर्व” परीक्षेची.

सर्वात आधी, ह्या दोन्ही परीक्षेंचा सिल्याबस प्रिंट करून घ्या, आमच्या ब्लॉग वर उपलब्ध आहे पण तो इंग्रजीत आहे. जर मराठीतून हवा असेल तर तुम्हाला आमचं “एम.पी.एस.सी. सक्सेस मंत्र – द कम्प्लीट म्यनुअल” विकत घाव लागेल. त्या सिल्याबस नुसार जवळपास ७५ पुस्तके लागतील ती विकत घ्या.
मे २०११ ते ऑक्टोबर २०११ : मुख्य परीक्षेची तयारी करा
नोवेंबर २०११ ते जानेवारी २०१२ : पूर्व परीक्षेची तयारी करा
१५ फेब्रुवारी पासून मुख्य परीक्षेच्या तारखे पर्यंत “मुख्य” परीक्षेची तयारी करा
“मुख्य” परीक्षा झाल्यानंतर “मुलाखतीची” तयारी करा.

आम्ही १ वर्षाचा पी.जी.पी. तयार केला आहे २०१२ च्या पूर्व आणि मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी, जर तुम्हाला जॉईन व्हायचं असेल तर आजच व्हा कारण आता तुमच्याकडे अगदी फार कमी वेळ बाकी आहे. आम्ही सर्व पुस्तके, ५ प्रकारची मासिके देवू. सर्व पुस्तकांचा रोजचा स्टडी प्लान सुद्धा पाठवत राहू म्हणजे तुम्ही संपूर्ण सिल्याबस कसा पूर्ण करायचा ते आम्हीच व्यवस्थित प्लान करून देवू. तुमच्याकडून प्रश्नपत्रिका सुद्धा सोडवून घेवू आणि उत्कृष्ट मार्गदर्शन सुद्धा देवू इमेलद्वारे. मुलाखतीसाठी ट्रेनिंग सुद्धा देवू.
