 “वेब-पी.जी.पी.” काय आहे?

“वेब-पी.जी.पी”. म्हणजे “इंटरनेट द्वारे पर्सनल गायडंस प्रोग्राम”. ह्याचा अर्थ असा नाही की दिवसभर तुम्हाला इंटरनेट वर बसूनच राहावं लागेल. नाही मित्रा, ह्याचा अर्थ असा नाही.

“वेब-पी.जी.पी.” का?

आजची परिस्थिती अशी आहे की लाखो उमेदवार एम.पी.एस.सी/ यु.पी.एस.सी.ची तयारी करतांना दिसतात. ते मोठ्या शहरापासून ते छोट्या मोठ्या खेड्यापर्यंत वसलेले असतात पण शहरातील मुलांना तर सर्व काही उपलब्ध असते, जसे लायब्ररी, उत्तम पुस्तकांची दुकाने, चांगली वार्तापत्रे/मासिके (Newspapers/Magazines) पण खेड्यातील उमेदवारांचे काय?  तिथे उत्तम पुस्तके आणि चांगली वार्तापत्रे/मासिके कुठून उपलब्ध होतील? तसेच जे उमेदवार नौकरी/बिझनेस करतात किंवा कॉलेज त्यांना  वेळ मिळत नाही हे सर्व शोधायला म्हणून मग आम्ही विचार केला की का नाही अशी व्यवस्था करावी की सर्वांना पुस्तके/मासिके पुरवावीत आणि योग्य ते मार्गदर्शन ह्या सर्व उमेदवारांना घरपोच द्यावं?

“वेब-पी.जी.पी.” चा उद्देश काय आहे?

  • अशा जास्तीत जास्त उमेद्वारांपर्यंत जास्तीत जास्त मार्गदर्शन इंटरनेटच्या माध्यमातून पोचवावं आणि त्यासाठी त्यांना घर किंवा ऑफिस न सोडू देताच.
  • त्यांच्यापर्यंत जास्तीत जास्त माहिती पोचवावी, जसे पुस्तके, मासिके, स्टडी प्लान्स, प्रश्नपत्रिका (व त्या कशा सोडवायच्या ते मार्गदर्शन सुद्धा), इत्यादी.

म्हणजे त्यांना दुसऱ्या उमेद्वारांसारखीच संधी उपलब्ध करून द्यावी  जेणेकरून ते एम.पी.एस.सी/ यु.पी.एस.सी.ची तयारी अगदी व्यवस्थितपणे करू शकतील आणि आपलं आय.ए.एस./आय.पी.एस./उप-जिल्हाधिकारी/डी.वाय.एस.पी./ए.सी.पी/तहसीलदार/बी.डी.ओ./पी.एस.आय./एस.टी.आय. इत्यादी व्हायचं स्वप्न पूर्ण करू शकतील.

“वेब-पी.जी.पी.” चे फायदे

मित्रांनो, आम्ही आता वेबिनार घ्यायला सुरुवात केली आहे. तुम्ही आता आमचे वेबिनार्स घरबसल्या किंवा सायबर क्याफे मध्ये बसून अटेंड करू शकता. पण योग्य वेळ काय आहे तुमच्यासाठी हे आम्हाला सांगा. आम्ही त्यावेळेतच वेबिनार ठेवू म्हणजे तुम्हा सर्वांना ह्याचा फायदा घेता येईल.

वेबिनार घेण्यामागचा उद्देश हाच कि तुमची वेळ जास्तीत जास्त कशी वाचवता येईल म्हणजे ती वेळ तुम्ही तुमच्या अभ्यासासाठी वापरू शकाल.

After conducting a seminar at Kalyan (W) on 16th Oct 2011, I have realised the following:

  • People do not have time for travel to attend a seminar.

    Workshop/Seminar Conducted at Kalyan (W)

    Hi Friends,
    I wish to thank those who attended the MPSC Workshop/Seminar at Maratha Mandir Sabhagruh at Kalyan (W).

    The attendance wasn’t as expected but whoever attended it, were satisfied.

    The reasons for maximum people not attending were as follows:
    1. There was mega block
    2. Venue was finalised in the previous evening so there was not sufficient time for participants to change their schedule.
    3. Kalyan was a distant place for people to travel.

    Anyways, we will conduct a seminar very soon at either Dadar or Thane but we want people to register for it, well in advance.

    Here is the schedule of exams being conducted by MPSC in 2012:

    The examination shall be conducted if Government requisitions for the posts are received in time.

    Please do not get confused about the words “Direct Entry”. There are two types of exams held by MPSC, 1. Direct entry exam for all candidates, and 2. Departmental exam for only THOSE  candidates who are already in the lower rungs in the department and they can apply for this exam to improve their career. For example, a Police Constable can give departmental exam to become PSI.

    Residential PGP

    Hi friends, during my recent visit to many colleges, many people asked me (since they do not have proper place to study) whether they can come to our academy to join our pgp and stay here for 1 or 2 years.

    After a careful look at their problems, I have decided to allow them to come and join the pgp here but they need to arrange accommodation and messing on their own. However, we will assist them in getting messing facilities.

    Here at Ojhar, people lend their rooms to students who undergo academic courses in local colleges.

    So, you too can come and join our pgp and we will arrange daily study sessions where they can exchange their knowledge with others but the session will be 2 hours duration in a day but if no other session is scheduled then they can avail another 2 hours’ session. Remaining time they can utilize for study at their own place of residence. We will do our level best to provide them whatever facilities we can.

    So register your name before 10th Oct 2011.

    Seminars – 1st round completed

    प्रिय मित्रांनो
    तुमच्यापैकी बऱ्याच जणांना त्यांच्या क्वेरीच्या उत्तरासाठी बरेच दिवस वाट पहावी लागली म्हणून मी तुमचा  क्षमस्वी आहे. मी विदर्भात सेमिनार्स घेत फिरत होतो त्यामुळे मला वेळच मिळाला नाही. मीच माझा ड्रायव्हर असल्यामुळे शेकडो किलोमीटर्स ड्रायव्हिंग करावी लागायची आणि मग सेमिनार घ्यायचा असा प्रोग्राम चालू होता. मी बऱ्याच कॉलेजेस मध्ये गेलो, मला प्रचंड प्रतिसाद मिळाला त्या कॉलेजेस ची नावे खालीलप्रमाणे आहेत:

    • ना. ना. मुंदडा महाविद्यालय, मालेगाव (मी इथेच शिकलो. त्या दिवशी कोलेज दुपारच होत आणि मला थांबायला वेळ नव्हता त्यामुळे प्राचार्य श्री. जाधव सर यांनी पुढील भेटीत सेमिनार अरेंज करू असं आश्वासन दिलं)

    वरील कोलेजेसमध्ये माझ्या एम.पी.एस.सी. सक्सेस मंत्र च्या अनेक कॉपीज लायब्ररीसाठी ठेवून घेतल्या.

    खर पाहाल तर असं वाटते की मी जेथे गेलो तेथे माझ्या मार्गदर्शनाची गरज नक्कीच होती. खूप विद्यार्थ्यांना मी जवळून बघितलं, त्यांना मार्गदर्शन केलं, त्यांच्या प्रश्नांची उत्तरे दिलीत. मला समाधान वाटल.

    मी माझ्यापरीने फार प्रयत्न केला की छोट्या शहरातील विद्यार्थ्यांना जास्तीत जास्त वेळ देवू आणि दिला पण. मी ह्यासाठी जवळपास १५०० किलोमीटर चा प्रवास एकट्याने केला व स्वखर्चाने, स्वत कार चालविली  सेमिनारसाठी बऱ्याच जणांना विनवण्या कराव्या लागल्या. बऱ्याच ठिकाणी मला मानसन्मान सुद्धा मिळाला त्यामुळे मला कोणत्याही कॉलेजने मानधन दिलं नाही ह्याच वाईट वाटल नाही पण दिल असतं तर मी अजून बऱ्याच कोलेजेसपर्यंत पोचू शकलो असतो व अजून शेकडो विद्यार्थ्यांना माझ मार्गदर्शन मिळू शकल असतं.

    पुढील कार्यक्रमासाठी माझी एवढीच विनंती आहे की परीक्षार्थींनी, विद्यार्थ्यांनी व कॉलेजेसनी एवढी काळजी घ्यावी की त्यांनी माझ्यासारख्या मार्गदर्शकांना पैशांची थोडीफार मदत करावी (पेट्रोलसाठी) जेणेकरून आम्ही हजारो किलोमीटर्सचा प्रवास करू शकू आणि लहान-मोठ्या खेड्या पाड्यातून, शहरातून फिरून विद्यार्थ्यांना मार्गदर्शन करू शकू.

    आता पुढील एम.पी.एस.सी. राज्यसेवा पूर्व परीक्षा फेब्रुवारी २०१२ मध्ये आहे तर मित्रांनो, चला तयारीला लागा, फक्त ४ महिनेच उरलेत. ज्यांना वाटत असेल त्यांनी आमचा “Miracle २०१२” पर्सनल गायडंस प्रोग्राम जॉईन करावा.

    एक गोष्ट सांगायचीच राहिली, ती हीच की सेमिनार घेत असतांना माझ्या वडिलांची तब्येत फार खराब होती परंतु मी फिरत राहिलो कारण तुमच्यासारख्या अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांना माझी गरज होती….The Show Must Go On!!!
