When Mr. Rakesh Maria, IPS was undergoing his probation as Asst Superintendent of Police at Akola (Maharashtra) during 1981, I had many chances to see him (I was in school at that time) and I was damn impressed by his working style. He was like Mr. Amitabh Bachchan at that time and people were flocking to see him.
I always respected him.
