While preparing the ebook, I realised that it is going to take too much time and it may not get ready for the upcoming Rajyaseva Prelims 2014 which is on 2nd Feb 2014. So whatever I could do is to release a FREE copy of this ebook tomorrow at 11:30AM. You can download it for FREE and use it for upcoming Rajyaseva Prelims 2014.
A final printed version of this book will be made available by the end of February 2014 and will be priced around Rs.350/- (the cost may vary a bit).
This book will be useful for MPSC Rajyaseva, MPSC PSI, MPSC STI, MPSC Asst and UPSC Civil Services exam.

@Imran, as far as I know, no such age relaxation is available for UPSC.
