मित्रांनो, आज काल च्या ह्या धकाधकीच्या आणि अनिस्चीततेच्या जीवनात तुम्हाला प्रश्नच पडला असेल की करावं तरी काय? कसली नोकरी करावी? खाजगी क्षेत्रात जावं की सरकारी नौकरी करावी? थांबा, थांबा, इथेच थांबा! हा प्रश्न आजचा नाहीये, तर कित्येक वर्षांपासून हा प्रश्न तरुण पिढीला पडत आलेला आहे आणि पडत राहणार. फरक फक्त इतकाच की तुमच्यासारखे देशासाठी झटणारे सरकारी नौकरी मध्ये शामिल होतील आणि बाकी जण खाजगी नौकऱ्या करतील. बरोबर ना?
जावू द्या, ज्याचा त्याचा प्रश्न आहे तो. तुम्ही, मी थांबवू शकतो का त्यांना? आणि मग सर्वांनीच सरकारी नौकरी करायची तर मग खाजगी क्षेत्रात कोणी जायचं? हम्म, बघूया ते नंतर कधी. आता मुख्य प्रश्न हा आहे की शासकीय सेवेत का बरं जावं?
हे तर सर्वांनाच माहित आहे की खाजगी नौकरी म्हणजे भरपूर पगार, हो ना? पण त्यामागे जी असुरक्षितता असते त्याचं काय? नौकरी केव्हाही जावू शकते ही टांगती तलवार डोक्यावर नेहमी असतेच ना, मग?
शासकीय सेवेत मात्र तसं नसते. तर चला बघूया काय फायदे आहेत शासकीय नौकरीत:
- सुरक्षित नौकरी: शासकीय नौकरी एकदा मिळाली की ती वयाच्या ५८ ते ६० वर्षापर्यंत असते. जो पर्यंत तुम्ही इमाने इतबारे नौकरी करता तो पर्यंत तुमची नौकरी स्थायी असते. कोणी “माई का लाल” तुमच्या नौकरीला इजा पोहचवू शकत नाही.
- पगार व पेन्शन च्या रूपाने आर्थिक सुरक्षितता: जर तुम्ही तुमच काम वेळेवर आणि इमानदारीने केलात तर पगार प्रत्येक महिन्यात मिळणार म्हणजे मिळणार. कोन्हीही थांबवू शकत नाही. वेलेवरती पगारवाढ पण होते, महागाई भत्ते सुद्धा वेळेवरच मिळतात. पदोन्नती सुद्धा मिळते. एकदा नौकरी संपली की आर्थिक अडचण येते पण सरकारी नौकरी संपली की पेन्शन च्या रुपात मात्र तुमचं आर्थिक जीवन सुरक्षित असते.
- सामाजिक स्थान: ज्याला आपण “स्टेटस” म्हणतो ते सामाजिक स्थान काही औरच असते. बघा ना तुम्ही आज काही नाही पण उद्या उप-जिल्हाधिकारी झाले तर काय होईल! समजल ना मला काय म्हणायचे ते? साध्या सब इन्स्पेक्टर ला सुद्धा किती आदर मिळतो ना! तुम्ही एक क्लास १ किंवा २ चे अधिकारी बनता, होय की नाही? मग तेव्हा काय असेल तुमचा तोरा! त्यातल्या त्यात जर का तुम्ही स्त्री असाल तर मग तुमचा किती मान होतो ना! एक ओळख निर्माण होते स्त्री ची. स्वताच्या पायावर उभी असल्याचा स्वाभिमान आणि त्या बरोबरच स्वतःची ओळख ही फार मोठी गोष्ट आहे, बरं का!
- सर्वात महत्वाचे म्हणजे काही केल्याचं समाधान: सर्वात महत्वाची गोष्ट म्हणजे, शासकीय नौकरी मध्ये जे काही करायला मिळते ती एक जबाबदारी असते, देशासाठी, देशातील लोकांसाठी वेगवेगळे उपक्रम राबवता येतात. गरिबांसाठीच्या योजना पूर्ण केल्यावर, सामाजिक सेवा केल्याचा जो आनंद मिळतो तो खाजगी सेवेत १ लाख रुपये बोनस मिळाला तेव्हा आनंद होतो त्यापेक्षा कितीतरी मोठा असतो. एक प्रकारच हे सर्वात मोठं समाधान असतं जे पैसे देवूनही मिळत नाही.
तर मित्रांनो, जे मीठ तुम्ही खाल्लंत देशाचं, त्याची परत फेड करा, शासकीय सेवेत रुजू व्हा आणि काही केल्याचं समाधान मिळवा, तीच आजची गरज आहे. तुमच्यासारख्या होतकरू तरुणांची/तरुणींची गरज आहे हो देशाला, समाजाला. व्हा अधिकारी आणि करा तुमचे स्वप्नं पूर्ण, त्यासोबतच देशाचं आणि समाजाचं सुद्धा भलं होईल.
रस्ता जरी कठीण असला तरी काळजी करू नकोस मित्रा, मी आहे ना मार्गदर्शन करायला, मग घाबरतो/घाबरतेस कशाला?

I suggest you should go for MPSC Rajyaseva and NOT private sector.

2)To maximum which post a person can go after getting commisioned as an dy.collector through MPSC.
3)After how many years if any person leaves a job then that person start receiving pensions.
@Amit, The Dy. Collector is a class I post and is very prestigious post. He/She gets a chance to be promoted to Collector with a further chance to alleviated to IAS. Pension is given to those who successfully complete the required numbers of years’ service and retires at the age of 58/60 yrs, whatever is in force at that time.
