TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to AD Exams Academē (“Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By enrolling in any of our programs — including Personal Guidance Program (PGP), NextGenPGP, or Online Assessment Program (OAP/Test Series) — or by using our website (adexams.com / analyznow.wordpress.com), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with enrolment or website use.

2. Student Conduct

  • All students must maintain respect towards fellow aspirants and Academy staff.
  • Harassment, abusive behaviour, or misuse of online groups (Signal App, WhatsApp, email, etc.) is prohibited.
  • Students are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all communication and material shared with them.

3. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • All study material, tests, newsletters, assignments, and guidance plans provided by AD Exams Academē are copyright-protected and meant only for the enrolled student.
  • Reproduction, resale, circulation, or distribution (online, print, or digital) is strictly prohibited without written consent.
  • Unauthorized use or sharing for commercial or competitive purposes will invite legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and IT Act, 2000.

4. Registration & Documents

  • Students must submit completed registration forms, required documents (educational certificates, ID, caste documents), and post-dated cheques where applicable.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after verification of documents and receipt of payment.

5. Fee Payment Policy

  • 100% fees must be paid in advance unless an instalment plan is approved.
  • Instalments must be paid on due dates. Delay beyond 7 days may lead to suspension; beyond 2 months, cancellation without refund.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Before program commencement: 50% refund (processing fee deducted).
    • After program starts / material dispatched: No refund.
    • No fee transfer to other programs or individual(s).
    • Refunds will be made only through original payment mode.

6. Study Plan Completion

  • Completion of each given task/test within the timeline is mandatory.
  • Delay will pause the next plan/test until pending tasks are completed.
  • Program extension beyond schedule requires additional fees per month as notified.

7. Program Nature

  • AD Exams Academē provides personal guidance and evaluation, not formal classroom lectures.
  • Guidance is individual in nature; no third person may attend counselling sessions without permission.
  • Notes are to be self-prepared by students under the Academy’s mentorship.

8. Digital Communication

  • Students must reply to official emails within 48 hours for acknowledgment.
  • Communication channels include email, Signal App, WhatsApp, and official phone lines.
  • Students are responsible for ensuring receipt of books/materials sent by post or courier.

9. Books, Materials & Delivery

  • Books once dispatched will not be taken back or exchanged.
  • Damage in transit will not make the Academy liable for replacement.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to logistics or force majeure conditions.

10. Website Use Policy

By accessing adexams.com or affiliated websites:

  • You agree not to misuse, copy, modify, or disrupt the site.
  • All content, text, videos, and tests are the property of AD Exams Academē.
  • You agree not to use the website or apps for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • You may not upload any content that infringes copyright, privacy, or public morality.

Violation may lead to suspension and legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information collected (e.g., name, contact, educational details, documents) is used solely for admission, communication, and guidance purposes.
  • Data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties except where legally required.
  • You consent to receive email/SMS updates from the Academy.

12. Non-Discrimination

AD Exams Academē maintains an inclusive environment regardless of caste, religion, gender, or background in accordance with Article 15 of the Indian Constitution and UGC anti-discrimination guidelines.

13. Marketing & Results Use

  • By joining, you grant permission for your name, photograph, and result (if selected) to be displayed on the Academy’s website, social media, and promotional materials.
  • This will always be done respectfully and without disclosure of private information.

14. Rule Updates

  • The Academy may update its rules, structure, or delivery mode from time to time.
  • Such updates will be notified via website/email and will become effective from the notified date.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • The Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the student.
  • Force majeure events (natural calamities, internet outage, pandemic, postal delay) shall excuse performance without liability.

16. Grievance & Dispute Resolution

  • For any complaints or grievances, students may write to:

  • The Grievance Officer of AD Exams Academē is the Director and Proprietor of the Academy. All grievances will be addressed promptly, transparently, and confidentially. In case of any unresolved grievance, students may appeal to the Director or escalate to external legal authorities.
  • Disputes shall be resolved amicably; failing which, they shall be subject to Mumbai/Nashik jurisdiction, governed by Indian law.

By enrolling or continuing to use our services or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all these Terms and Conditions.
