Refund & Cancellation Policy – AD Exams Academē

Effective Date: 17 Oct 2025

1. Fee Payment

  • All fees are payable in full at registration unless an instalment plan is formally approved.
  • Instalments must be paid on or before due dates; delay beyond seven (7) days may lead to temporary suspension.

2. Refund Eligibility

To balance student fairness and institutional commitments:

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds (if eligible) are made through the same mode of original payment within 15 working days of written approval.
  • No cash refunds.

4. Non-Transferability

Fees cannot be transferred to another student, program, or future batch.


5. Disputes

All refund disputes will be handled by the Accounts & Grievance Team.
