Refund & Cancellation Policy – AD Exams Academē
Effective Date: 17 Oct 2025
1. Fee Payment
- All fees are payable in full at registration unless an instalment plan is formally approved.
- Instalments must be paid on or before due dates; delay beyond seven (7) days may lead to temporary suspension.
2. Refund Eligibility
To balance student fairness and institutional commitments:
| Stage | Refund Permitted | Remarks |
| Before program start & before study material dispatch | 50% refund (processing & admin fee deducted) | Request must be emailed within 3 working days of payment |
| After study material dispatched / access given | No refund | Digital/printed materials are non-returnable |
| Mid-program withdrawals | No refund | Seat and resources already allocated |
| Batch postponement by student | Allowed only once (subject to admin approval & availability) | |
| Program cancellation by Academy | 100% refund | If we cancel due to unforeseen reasons |
3. Refund Method
- Refunds (if eligible) are made through the same mode of original payment within 15 working days of written approval.
- No cash refunds.
4. Non-Transferability
Fees cannot be transferred to another student, program, or future batch.
5. Disputes
All refund disputes will be handled by the Accounts & Grievance Team.
