Dear Friend
During past 2 years, I have come across many people from students, housewives, software professionals, government officials like PSI, and Talathi, to professionals like Doctors (BDS, BAMS MD, BHMS), Lawyers, Senior Teachers, and many more; some of them have become aspirants of MPSC and sought my guidance. Thank you all for reading my blog and seeking my FREE guidance. I am pretty sure that among the above, there would be many successful aspirants in 2012 exam. Good luck to you and remember me when you are successful.
OK, lets move ahead.
After so much of analysis, I am providing the following plan for the most sought after exam i.e. “MPSC State Services Exam – Rajyaseva).
NOTE: If you want to be successful in 2012 exam, you MUST follow my plan else you will repent later on.
Now you have 2 months in your hand for Prelims 2012 (Dec 2011 and Jan 2012), and next 3 months for Main 2012 (Mid-Feb 2012 to Mid-May 2012), right?
So start your preparation now itself for Prelims.
How will you do it this? Simple, here it is:
From Dec 6, 2011 to Jan 31, 2012, prepare for Prelims 2012.
From Mid-Feb 2012 to Mid-May 2012, prepare for Main exam 2012
During the first 2 months, you should read all books (about 15 – 20). Read extensively and prepare micro-notes on each topic of all sections.
Soon after Prelims is over, take a break for 2 days and go on a picnic, see movies, enjoy with your friends, family and simply enjoy, relieve your tension.
After coming back, do not wait for the result. For the next 3 months (Mid-Feb 2012 to Mid-May 2012), start your preparation for Main exam by reading and revising your notes and solve as many question papers as you can.
This is not everything. There is a lot to do during these 6 months. You will have to make lists of books, magazines, periodicals, newspapers, etc. Then buy relevant books only, plan your study for the next 6 months and study all 60-70 books according to various plans, make your own notes, revision, mock tests, etc. etc. For this, you will need to do very hard work.
Can you do this on your own? No way!!! Then what you can do?
DO NOT join any classes, your money will be a waste. DO NOT spend your precious money on buying ready-made notes. Ready made notes will not help you at all. The examiner will easily come to know that you ahve studied from such notes. So what do you do?

@Shivraj, if you wish to become IAS(Collector) then you need to clear UPSC Civl Services exam but if you wish to become Deputy Collector then you need to clear MPSC State Services (Rajyaseva) exam. In order to officially appear in these exams, you should be in final year and should clear your degree exam and result should be out at the time of applying for Main exam which will be after Prelims. @Shobha, we do not monitor that exam so we are unable to assist you. However, you can read Marathi Grammar by Walimbe and Wren and Martin (Marathi edition) for English. Manorama year book also.

You can get question paper set at any books shop that sells study material for MPSC exams.

@Pravin, you should start your preparation RIGHT NOW but you can give the exam during your final year of the degree course.

Is there any exams for BHMS dr. in MPSC?
@Deepak, as far as our knowledge is concerned, there is exam (Medical Officer) for BAMS/MBBS but not for BHMS. However, you can do better as Deputy Collector (MPSC) or IAS (UPSC). There would be many government projects that could be implemented by you and you will achieve greater satisfaction than being a Medical Officer, right? Call me to discuss this. @Mahesh, starting the preparation is no big deal but you must seriously think about what you have got in hands for the preparation and how you can manage it.
In fact, you need about 60-75 books for MPSC and 90 books for UPSC. There are about 5 to 6 monthly magazines, newspapers, etc.
All in all, you must be very well organized for MPSC/UPSC.

@Ishwari, we do not monitor exams about Lecturership. We provide guidance only for Rajyaseva, PSI and STI exam conducted by MPSC and Civil Services Exam for IAS/IPS conducted by UPSC.
