@Rajendra, नाही. वयाचा फायदा होण्यासाठी एस.सी. म्हणूनच अर्ज करावा आणि मग प्रयत्न करावा कि जास्तीत जास्त गुण मिळवावे मग जर मिळाले तर ओपन पदासाठी सर्वात आधी तुमचा विचार केला जाईल (गुण तसे असतील तर) आणि मग एस.सी. साठी विचार केला जाईल.

@Sandip, yes, you are on right track. Complete your Mains preparation by Oct 2013 and then go for revision for 1 month and then prepare for Prelims. Only some part of it is covered by Mains.

Sir, Last 20 days are left. So what you sugest me MPSC Prelim Study (as a tips). I dont have much time to study, but still i want to crack the Prelim, because i have only 2013 & 2014 chance. after that i am not eligible the exam. So Please Guide Me……….
@Sukanya, you should have started at least 1 year before Prelims. Since you have only 1 chance left (2014), prepare for it starting TODAY. No chance for 2013 as you have a lot to do in these 20 days. Still if you wish to take an attempt, Utilise 12-13 hours everyday and refer as many books as possible and attempt mock tests at http://www.anilmd.com

@Sandip, yes, of course you can but your aim should be to complete entire preparation of Mains and then Prelims well before the 2014 Prelims.

@सतीश, प्रत्येक राज्यासाठी एक कॅडर असते. त्या राज्यात जितक्या जागा भरायच्या असतात त्यासाठी एक रोष्टर असते व प्रत्येक वर्षी त्याप्रमाणे जागा भरल्या जातात. त्यासाठी वेगवेगळे निकष असतात (२००). अराखीव व राखीव जागा किती व कशा भरायच्या ह्याबद्दल ते निकष असतात. प्रत्येक उमेदवाराला आपल्या आवडीनुसार कॅडर साठी (राज्यासाठी) प्रेफरन्स द्यावा लागतो. मिळालेल्या एकूण गुणानुसार उमेदवारांची लिस्ट असते त्याप्रमाणे कॅडर दिले जातात. जो उमेदवार प्रेफरन्स देत नाही तेव्हा असे समजले जाते कि त्याचा कोणत्याही कॅडर साठी विचार केला जावा. तेव्हा त्याचा विचार त्याच्यासारख्याच इतर उमेद्वारांसोब्त केला जातो व अक्षराप्रमाणे (जसे अ, ब, क, ड, ई, फ) कॅडर असत्तात व त्यात उपलब्ध असलेल्या जागेप्रमाणे मग कॅडर दिल्या जातात. ह्यावेळी इनसायडर (त्याच राज्यातील उमेदवार) व आऊटसायडर (त्या राज्या बाहेरील उमेदवार) अशा उमेदवारांची निवड केल्या जाते. त्याचा रेशो १:२ असा असतो. हे करतांना जर लिस्ट मध्ये त्याच राज्यातील लागोपाठ ३ उमेदवार असतील तर मग फक्त पहिल्याचा नंबर लागतो व २ जागा राज्या बाहेरील उमेदवार घेवून भरल्या जातात. जर स्वताचे राज्य (कॅडर) हवे असेल तर त्यासाठी त्या उमेदवाराला त्याचे लिस्ट मधील मेरीट, त्याने दिलेला प्रेफरन्स व उपलब्ध जागा ह्यांचा विचार करूनच ते कॅडर मिळू शकते.
