To improve your memory, do the following:

● do this regularly and within a week or so, you will be astonished that you are getting answers to your questions almost instantly.

एखादा टॉपिक किंवा त्याचा भाग अभ्यासल्यानंतर लगेच त्याच्या मुख्य मुद्द्यांची मानसिक रिविजन करा. ही रिविजन दीर्घ कालावधीसाठी तुमच्या आठवणीत राहण्यासाठी मोठ्या प्रमाणात मदत करेल. हे करण्यासाठी: –

Soon after you finish a topic or part of it, go for a mental revision of the main points. This would immensely help you in memory retention for a longer period. To do this:-
● sit quietly and close your eyes.
● remain silent for next 5 to 10 mins for the revision to complete.
● recollect what you have just read.
● identify the main points.
● repeat those main points in your mind.
● try to see those points in your imagination.

Repeat this every time after you study.
