UPSC 2013: Notification

Hi Friends,

UPSC Prelims 2013: Notification is on HOLD.  जाहिरात रद्द होवू शकते.

Due to drastic changes in UPSC Mains exam 2013, the rural candidates who felt disadvantaged can cheer up now.

The new exam pattern may get a review and regional languages may again be allowed to be taken for answering Mains papers.
